A graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Nico moved into real estate shortly after finishing school — drawn to the mix of people, places, and problem-solving the work brings every day. That local foundation across the Massachusetts–New Hampshire line still shapes how he reads neighborhoods, towns, and markets today.
